The entire process was so frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. I immediately felt compelled to contact customer service to vent my frustration and find a resolution.

CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. I can help ensure that email is sent immediately and guide you through the process if you like. Customer: Just send the email and make sure it works this time. I can't waste any more time. CS Rep: I'll prioritize that email for you right away and confirm when it's sent.
The reason I left this review is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
